Short answers for a store that wants its orders picked, packed, and shipped from the MindOwls Logistics warehouse.
What does the app do?
It sends your store’s orders to the warehouse. Staff pick and pack them, book a courier, and put the tracking number back on the order.
Does the app cost anything?
No. The app is free to install. There is no subscription inside Shopify.
What happens to stock?
The quantity in the warehouse is the quantity your store shows. A sale reduces that quantity when the order is picked.
What happens if I uninstall?
New orders stop arriving at the warehouse. Orders, shipments, and cash-on-delivery records already received stay with MindOwls Logistics. Install the app again to reconnect.
Who can see customer details?
Warehouse staff for your brand, and the courier who delivers the parcel. Each brand in a shared building sees only its own stock and orders.
